Cloud masters are spirits that take the form of the horse in the sky. Because they are completely invisible when there are no clouds, the best way to catch a glimpse of these ethereal creatures is at dawn, when the sun shining on the spirit will best reflect the outline of the horse.
Cloud masters are slightly see through and tend to glow in bright, intense lighting.
